Our "Brut Rosé" is a blend, but its composition – 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir – is quite unusual. The Chardonnay grapes – selected for their freshness, vibrancy, energy and finesse – come from the village of Grauves, whereas the Pinot Noir grapes – lending red berry aromas (strawberry, raspberry) – hail from the village of Aÿ. What distinguishes this rosé Champagne is its high quantity of Chardonnay.
