The Champs Ronds terroir is located in the village of Leynes. The plot is on a plateau with a slight slope with a gradient of about 5%, which allows for better drainage, giving the grapes more concentrated aromas.

Soils
mainly gryphee limestone (Sinemuran) of variable depths, gravelly, with the rest being limestone or Rethian sandstone.
Tasting notes
Intense bouquet, delicate, charming, with notes of citrus and flowers. The wine has all the typical opulence and elegance of a Saint-Véran, with a back taste of fresh citrus and fine minerality.
Vinification and ageing
18 to 22 months, in barrels for 11 months and then in stainless steel vats with little or no filtration when bottled.
Ageing
Suggested ageing before drinking: 5 to 6 years.
