The name Mont de Milieu, “mont of the middle”, takes us
back to ancient times, when Chablis was part of the Champagne
county. The frontier with the Bourgogne duchy was
going through this very hill of the right bank of the Serein,
and where is now thriving the famous Premier Cru.
This “climat” reunites the oldest vines of our domaine. Their
juice is distinguished by truly complex aromas, an intense
minerality, and a remarkable depth.
