SOIL AND GRAPE VARIETY
Clay and limestone
100% Pinot Noir
HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested, the grapes are then carried in small boxes and sorted out upon arrival at the winery.
Long fermentation during 15 days in wooden open vats, with treading and temperature control.
AGEING
15 months in French oak barrels.
CHARACTER
Very nice ruby robe with a nose of morello cherry and rapsberry. Nice harmony with a velvety texture.
This wine can be kept for 5 years.
SERVICE
To be served at 17°C with roasted meat.
