WINEMAKING
Night harvesting, cooling of the grapes and pre-fermentation maceration. Thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation.
MATURING
Aged 12 months in oak barrels.
CELLARING POTENTIAL
A wine that can be drunk now with a good airing, but it is preferable to wait until its 4th year. It can be kept in a cellar for at least 10 years.
