Soil : Sedimentary rocks from the Cretaceous period, deep clay soil, with a more or less prominant presence of limestone(depending on the parcels)
Exposure : Plots located on a plateau facing east at a fairly low altitude of about 200 m. Long exposure to the sun
Vinification
Vinified from purchased grapes, the bunches are pressed by pneumatic press. The juice is placed in vats for static settling at low temperature for 24 hours. The clear juice is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control.
Tasting notes
Due to its high exposure, this wine has a "sunny" character with notes of ripe fruits, yellow flesh fruits, yellow flowers and a spectacular round body.
